Biography

Mr.Khandoker Noor Mohammad has spent 25+years of his career playing as a leading role as Professional Management Accountant & Tax Consultant and exercises the knowledge in the area of Business & Industry. He has unique quality of experience and contribution in an inclusive manner in multi-stakeholders of Private Sector, Civil Society and Public Sector.

Mr. Noor Mohammad is a Certified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from” The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh” in May, 1996. He is now the Fellow Member (FCMA) (F-418) of “The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh

Mr. Noor Mohammad is a final part Certified Chartered Secretaries of “The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Managers of Bangladesh.” and also CA(CC) of “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.” He also earned LLB(Final) in 2011 from “National University” and Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) in Accounting from Dhaka University.

Mr. Noor Mohammad is also practicing member (#K-631) of “Dhaka Taxes Bar Association.”

Mr. Noor Mohammad has worked for 20 years in different Public and Private Ltd. Companies in the role of Senior Managerial Position. He also worked as a Company Secretary of SINOBANGLA INDUSTRIES LIMITED (a China-Bangladesh Joint Venture Public Ltd. PP Woven Bag manufacturing company). He has performed public issue work (IPO) and conducted the 2nd & 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Company successfully.

Mr. Noor Mohammad has been working for five years as a senior Tax, Management and VAT Consultant of NASIR & ASSOCIATES, a prominent law firm involves in Income Tax, Customs, VAT, Company Law affairs & RJSC & Firms related works.
